TPP partners with organizations, companies, and institutions to apply RJ principles in workplace settings. Our corporate trainings are tailored to meet the specific challenges your team is facing — from conflict resolution and accountability to culture-building and leadership development. Grounded in lived experience and over a decade of direct practice, we help organizations move beyond punishment-based responses toward sustainable,relational solutions.
Using a method called restorative dialogue, we flatten hierarchies and empower teams. Your leadership and employees will be encouraged to address challenges head-on and will learn to communicate with empathy and validation. By the end of a six-week engagement, teams will have built exceptional rapport and trust. Team trainings are available both in person and virtually.
