Operations Volunteer

Suzanne assists Transformational Prison Project with corporate governance and policy and procedure matters. She has over a decade of restorative justice experience with Communities for Restorative Justice, first as a facilitator and currently as a case coordinator. Suzanne served as corporate counsel for NEC Corporation, Ascend Communications Corp., Lucent Technologies and Sycamore Networks. Through her corporate counsel positions in various high-tech companies, she gained extensive knowledge and experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, employment matters, and litigation management. Suzanne graduated with high distinction from The Pennsylvania State University (BA 1992) and cum laude from Suffolk University Law School (JD 1995).  She is a founder of the 12-time National Championship Penn State Womens Rugby Football Club and remains an avid rugby fan. Suzanne enjoys cooking, vacationing with her husband, watching her son play rugby and her daughter compete in dance competitions.
